Stories from The Field

It’s a picking seasons, and many seasonal worker help the company to do the jobs at the field. Vicki, Tom, and Saraya are some workers who have great story to share from where they work. There are some fields that are hiring at the picking seasons including picking fruits, packing fruits, and farm maintenance.

Vicki who is working at the packing field as the control analyst have to check the fruit before it gets packed. She’s learning every day on the job, working well as a team, and made friend from region Victoria. She got such a great experience to working in a great atmosphere.

Tom is working as a general farm maintenance to fixing dripping lines and cleaning up trash in between trees. He feels different every day since he got flexible hours every day, sometimes very short days and sometimes very long days. He spends days constantly outdoor which can make him enjoy the nice weather. For him, every day is a new challenge, a new experience.

Saraya spend her time outside to picking fruit. She feels helped by the supervisor and other pickers. She learn new things, like different types of oranges. She like to working at the farm since everyone is friendly and the atmosphere is good.

These are just some of workers who spent a great day at the fields. Working is more than just a money, its also about how you enjoy your work, gain experience, and interact with each other. Need to remember that the Australian farms will treat each workers well and they are paid fairly for fair day’s of work.
